About the meeting
This year’s AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting. This means that you can attend and participate in person, online, or via a phone conference facility. The meeting will also be webcast live.
At the meeting, the Beyond Bank Board and Executive team will provide you with an overview of your bank’s performance for the year that ended 30 June 2026 and we will update you on our strategy for the year ahead.

No. Only Beyond Bank members and their appointed proxies may attend the AGM (in person, online or via the telephone conference facility) unless they are an invited guest.
Anyone, including members of the public, can watch a recording of the virtual AGM. The recording will be available to view here after the meeting has ended.

Any member who is entitled to attend and cast a vote at a meeting of members may appoint a person as their proxy to attend the meeting and vote on their behalf (if, for example, the member is unable to attend the meeting). A proxy appointed to attend and vote for a member has the same rights as the member to speak at the meeting and to vote.
