We've updated our telephone banking.

We've made some changes to our telephone banking solution.

From Thursday, 21 November 2024, when you call us on 13 14 02 for your telephone banking, you may notice that the voice you hear on the recording will sound different to our previous recording.

Other changes include:

  • The removal of Option 7: branch locations. If you need to search for a branch, please visit beyondbank.com.au/locate-us
  • The removal of Option 8: transaction fees and charges

Rest assured that these changes are authentic and that our telephone banking service remains secure.
