At Beyond Bank, we believe that financial wellbeing is fundamental to building stronger, more resilient communities. That’s why we’re excited to announce our intent to co-design, implement, and run a dedicated Financial Wellbeing Program tailored specifically for community housing tenants.
Why this matters.
Community housing tenants often face unique financial challenges. By working together, we can create a program that not only improves the financial wellbeing of participants but also supports the business outcomes of community housing organisations.
Our approach.
We’re not looking to deliver a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, we want to partner with community housing organisations to help:
- Co-design the program using a human-centred approach, ensuring it meets the real needs of tenants
- Implement and run a pilot program, leveraging Beyond Bank’s experience in financial education, coaching, and support
- Recruit community housing tenants to participate in the program. We’re looking for a total of 1,000 community housing tenants to participate over 12 months
- Measure impact to build a strong, evidence-based business case for future funding and expansion.
Beyond Bank will fund the direct costs of designing and operating the program for the 12-month trial period.
How you can get involved.
We’re seeking expressions of interest from community housing organisations who are passionate about supporting their tenants’ financial wellbeing and are interested in collaborating on this important initiative.
To participate, you or another representative of your organisation will need to be available to participate in our first online, co-design workshop on Wednesday, 22 October.
