Understanding the essentials of pet insurance.

Insurance plays a vital role in protecting your financial wellbeing and providing peace of mind by helping you manage risks. There are different types of insurance to help manage different types of risk.

At Beyond Bank, we want to help our customers make informed decisions about general insurance products.

This guide will help you understand pet insurance.

What is pet insurance?

Pet insurance covers veterinary expenses if your pet becomes ill or injured. Some policies also include coverage for routine care and preventative treatments.

Why it's important.

Veterinary bills can be expensive, especially for emergency treatments. Pet insurance helps cover these costs, ensuring your furry friends get the care they need without breaking the bank.

Things to consider.

Check for exclusions for pre-existing conditions, waiting periods, limits including annual limits, per-incident limits and lifetime limits, reimbursement rates and the general reputation of the insurer.

We’re here to help.

Beyond Bank provides a range of general insurance products. We don’t provide Pet Insurance, but if you’re considering general insurance and would like some help, contact your local branch or give us a call 13 25 85.
